i still haven’t bought a tray! I use one that came with my gas oven, and i have a sort of flat ceramic dish, i got from ikea, kind of use that for anything that required some flat grilling/baking.

There’s a brand here in the UAE called “Prestige” and they are non-stick aluminium trays, which are quite reasonably priced. You can pick ‘em up at Geant, and that way you can get a few, because there’s no “one” tray – trust me, I tried. Go for a lamington pan to cover your brownies, granola and roasted veg, and a deep cake pan for cake and roasted meats. That way, you can probably get it down to two pans to get you going. I try and keep it to a minimum, but always seem to buy a new shaped one every few months….

I just use them with noodles I will save those for my next batch of fried rice. wonder when. hehehe
