Another chocolate I’d want to eat again

I am a loud and proud non-chocoholic woman, whom, so far, only ONE chocolate brand has ever satisfied. But today, I miraculously found another one I’d love to eat again and again and again…

A lovely lady has shared her blessings from a trip to Austria last week :-) I enjoyed biting through the layers of chocolate and unidentified sweets inside. Marizipan? Pistachio paste? I couldn’t tell.

Anyone know what these layers are made of? Pardon the teeth marks on the chocolate truffle :-)

    I can’t tell for sure, but looks like marzipan and liquid fondant layers. Could be either milk chocolate ganache or chocolate liquid fondant?!

      Mishti apparently has also taste these lovelies. The core is made of pistachio marzipan, then chocolate cream and nougat…Mmmmmmm
