Bye bye February, Hello March!

It’s the end of February today! Not only is it a mark of a leap year, but it also means that I have been blogging uninterruptedly for 60-days :-) Now that’s a feat I am truly proud of!

A lot of people ask me: “How do you do it?!?” I seriously can’t even believe I did it! I mean, I am still doing it.

I must admit that blogging everyday is not easy. Aside from the time I spend, which is approximately 2-hours a day of thinking, writing, uploading and configuring some stuff on the post (Oh, please don’t think I have all the time in the world…I have a writing job, household chores and The Husband to take care of. Besides we ALL have 24-hours to spend in each day.), it can be draining creatively and emotionally. There are days when I absolutely have nothing to write about, but somehow, because I just NEED to write something, my creative self manages to come up with something or dig up something from my cobwebby memories. That’s why this entire experience is amazing! Yes, I amaze myself each day I get to post something. Hahaha!

The answer to the question: “How do you (I) do it?” is pretty simple. I have a big dream I’d love to see come true in this lifetime of mine: I want to write a book about my life with food. This big dream should come true if I take the first step, a rather a giant leap, and just be committed to make it happen. I think I’ve made the giant leap already.

I pray for God and my passion to give me enough strength, creativity and inspiration to continue on with this 365 project of mine. So onward March and beyond? Aja fighting!
